Clearlight Sanctuary 3 full-spectrum infrared sauna

THE CABIN

Clearlight Sanctuary 3

Low-EMF full-spectrum infrared — near, mid, and far wavelengths — in a solid-wood cabin with chromotherapy lighting. Infrared warms your body directly, so the cabin stays far cooler and easier to breathe than a traditional Finnish sauna.

What it is

An infrared sauna heats your body directly with infrared light instead of superheating the air around you. The cabin sits far cooler than a traditional sauna — most people find the heat mild and easy to sit in. Ours is a full-spectrum Clearlight, so it runs near, mid, and far infrared.

How we use it

Most people take the sauna as contrast therapy: a few minutes of infrared warmth, then straight into the −125 °F cryo:one⁺ chamber for the cold half. Hot, then cold, back to back. You can also just sit in the sauna on its own — ask at the desk.

How a session works

Check in and change. Warm up in the cabin for a few minutes, then step into the chamber for the freeze. The operator sets the sauna and runs the chamber with you, same as any cryo session.

Typical length

Plan about 40 minutes for a contrast appointment, door to door — a short warm-up in the sauna plus the 3-minute chamber session and change time. Sauna-only sessions are shorter; ask at the desk.

Who may enjoy it

People who want gentle heat before the cold, anyone who likes a hot-and-cold reset after training, and first-timers who want to warm up before their first freeze. Ages 12 and up, with the same protocol as the chamber.

Potential benefits

People come in for warmth, relaxation, and the hot-and-cold contrast most describe as a full-body reset. This is a wellness and recovery session. Results vary. It is not a treatment or cure for any disease, injury, or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for medical care.

First visit & safety

Come hydrated and drink water after. Contrast therapy follows the same rules as a chamber session — ages 12+, and the contraindication list on the FAQ applies. Infrared heat has its own cautions: if you are pregnant, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, or take medication that affects sweating or body temperature, talk to your clinician first and tell the team at the desk.

Pricing

Contrast therapy (sauna + chamber): adults $40, student-athletes $30 with school ID, military and first responders $35. Contrast 5- and 10-packs are posted at the desk. Sauna on its own — ask at the desk. Full chamber rates on the pricing page.
